Order Agreement

By ordering from Broonies, you agree to the following terms: No order is confirmed until payment is made and accepted. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. If a cancellation is due to Broonies' fault, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.

Order Details Responsibility

Ensure shipping and order details are correct. Broonies is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately via your confirmation email or our website. Changes are not accepted within 2 working days of the dispatch date.

Liability for Third Party Errors

Broonies is not liable for third party errors but may offer goodwill gestures at its discretion. We're not accountable for missed deliveries or the product's condition after leaving our bakery. Report any delivery-related damage immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on Broonies' website is owned by the company and requires written consent from the Company Director for any use.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel by emailing hello@broonies.co.uk at least 2 working days before dispatch or collection for a full refund. Include your name, address, order details, and dispatch/collection date. Cancellations via social media are not accepted.

Refunds, exchanges, or credits for fresh and perishable brownies are only available if they are unsatisfactory or incorrect. Report any issues with the order's condition within 48 hours of delivery for consideration. For product complaints, contact us within 14 days of delivery with evidence. In some cases, product return may be required for refunds, with postage costs reimbursed. If unable to return, provide photos. Reimbursement for cancellations or refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.
