Delivery Fee and Free Delivery

A delivery fee of £4 per order applies, with free delivery on orders of two or more boxes.

Service and Delivery Areas

Deliveries are mainly through Royal Mail, occasionally by DPD. Delivery is available to mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. Desired delivery dates can be selected at checkout but are not guaranteed. About 98% of deliveries are next-day, but delays by Royal Mail or DPD are not under our control.

Delivery Process

Unfortunately our boxes are too tall to fit through the letterbox and so will need someone to receive them. We look to change this in the near future. Tracked delivery may require handover to a recipient. DPD will try to leave parcels safely if not delivered directly.

Delivery Notifications

The email address provided during ordering will receive delivery notifications. Check your spam folder if not received.

Address Corrections

If your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@broonies.co.uk. We can change it if the brownies have not been sent. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given during ordering.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the UK.

Damaged Orders

For damaged or defective orders, send photo evidence to hello@broonies.co.uk for resolution.
